The rolling hills, babbling brooks, century old stone walls and stone bridges with island greens make this golf course a stand out. Holes are varied and pleasantly situated between stretches of woods. There is a club house dining area and pro shop. Many comment that this is not the easiest of courses, but is well worth the money. This course is approximately 1 hour from the Inn. The Sunday River Golf Club
Overlooking the Sunday River Valley with the Mahoosuc range towering above, the course follows the natural topography of the landscape while striking the perfect balance between challenge and playability. Facilities include a clubhouse, restaurant and bar, pro shop, and practice range. This course is also approximately 1 hour from the Inn. It is recommended that you call before to ask about the condition of the course. It is mentioned a few times on TripAdvisor that bad harsh winter can degrade this course.
